Yayfood is one of the latest diet membership website which has been developed by Rachel Rofe. She tried on herself and she was able to loose weight of around 100 pounds. In general it is a monthly membership which gives you access to some downloadable reports, articles and calulators.

You will be able to join the forum. In this way you will be connected to many people and they all will have some ideas. Hence, you can share your feelings with all of them.

The core of the course is a 15 page manual explaining how to follow the diet, and afterwards you can use things like the recipe library and meal plans.
