General Information
The Master Cleanse, which was created over 50 years ago, is one of the most renowned detox diets.Master Cleanse Secrets eBook gives access to a well-documented and highly useful dietary and therapeutic program that mainly aims at the elimination of all the waste, toxins and heavy metals accumulated in the body over longer or shorter periods of time.
Though it is called a diet, it aims more at eliminating toxins and poisons from the body through helping in the removal of waste from within the body than forcing you to eat certain kinds of foods. The best thing a person can do before using this diet is to read a guide to Master Cleanse Secrets that will in a concise manner help you navigate this diet and in the process help you slim down considerably.
” Me and a few of my friends from work did the Master Cleanse some time ago. I honestly didn’t really like it too much. I don’t have too much weight to lose in the first place but I would say this diet allowed me to lose 5 or 6 pounds or so. My friends from work actually enjoyed the diet a lot more than I did, and they lost more weight too… but that was also because they had a lot more weight to lose. So overall I would say it is a lot about personal preference. I mean I didn’t like the diet, but since my friends did maybe it is worth a shot.” Actual user comment from dietandfitnessreviews. com
“I started to do it for the first time nearly a month ago and I did it for a full 14 days. In 14 days I lost 16lbs of extra and unhealthy body fat. After those results I went off the cleanse and have recently started again as of last Wednesday and plan to be on the Cleanse for 30 days this time around with 2 weeks off after this time and then back on. My mom seems to think this is unhealthy but I disagree with her.
Shes worried because it doesn’t consist of eating and thinking it may turn into an eating disorder. “ Actual user comment from alldeaf. com
“I did the cleanse about a year ago and I lasted 6 days. I was pretty lethergic and had horrible migraines, but in other ways I felt great. I didn’t do it for the weight loss, but more for the release of toxins. After the first 4 days it gets a lot easier, but I had to quit at day 6 because I couldn’t take the migraines anymore. Good luck to those that are going for it. You can do it!!! ” Actual user comment from forums.adoption. com
“I made it ten days, lost 10 pounds and felt great…this was about a year and a half ago. I did it again for 5 days about a year ago. Right now I do it two days a week…I was on Isagenix and lost 15 pounds (I had gained it back in the past year and a half of course) in less than two months and loved the program. But Isagenix is very expensive…so I am trying to recreate it on my own…and replacing the Isagenix two day weekly cleanse with the Master Cleanse. I maintained my weight loss during the holidays and am now going to start trying to lose the last 10 pound. I am considering doing the Master Cleanse to lose the rest of the weight and then just maintain with my faux Isagenix diet.Good luck…it’s very, very tough but I enjoy the drink so that really helps.” Actual user comment from forums.adoption. com
“The Master Cleanse works as it is supposed to. It isn’t a starvation diet that tells you to stop eating forever or something to that effect.
It does what it is supposed to, but isn’t that long term lifestyle diet change that many are looking for either.
To me I would probably file it under “fad diet”. Although some people are after the fad diets, obviously. “ Actual user comment from dietandfitnessreviews . com
