Consumer Feedback & Overview

Overall rating

“… I would like to thank Jon for his incredible diet EODD, it has really changed my life.. once and for all..
… I have started my diet last November and I was 74 Kgs, by February I became 63 Kgs, I changed from 29 BMI to 24.9 BMI and I’m still now..
I stopped the diet for a short while but actually I gained only 1 kg and I didn’t want to lose what I have achieved, moreover I felt a lot healthier when I was on EODD, I really really missed it
I have totally changed, the way I look as I have dropped 6 sizes (from US 14 now I’m 8), the self esteem has increased.. it is very motivating to find yourself losing more than 2 Kgs per week and still feel healthy and energetic.
I’m back on track and still waiting for more to come…

“… I lost weight using the controversial hCG diet protocol after my sister told me about it. It is a very strict diet and a lot of so called experts freak out about it, but I had a geart experience using it.
The one thing I couldn’t do when I was on this diet was streneous exercise, but I lost abou 3/4 of a pound a day on a regular basis

“… Just wanted to let you know that the coconut oil made all the difference! I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night starving, I had a great run today with energy (and still have energy), and I am not starving or obsessing about food today on my second burn day. I will add in the yam as I see needed. I now feel confident I can stick with EODD. I really love how it works so fast to discard fat, is easy to follow, allows variety, is very healthy and keeps my belly flatter! Because of all that, I really wanted to stick with it, but I was doubtful because I was so hungry and had no energy (and not so nice to my hubby). Now, I feel so much better! :)
