Bistro MD offers a variety of healthy facts and articles to keep you on track which shows how far they will extend their interest in a healthy diet and a healthy outlook including meals which are suitable for diabetics.

There is a variety of meals to choose from to help you reach your goals without losing your appetite. If you click on “Our Menu” from the front page you will be presented with a menu for each day. In a single shipment you will receive a week of meals based on your selection of either a five or seven day plan. Your weekly meal plan will be shipped via Fed-Ex within one week of your order.

“ I was on the meal plan for 6 weeks (in April and May) and I loved it. The food is fresh because they use the sous vide method for freezing, you just put the packets in boiling water and then 10 minutes later you have a meal. The snacks have soy but the meals don’t. I ordered the 5 day a week plan with no snacks for $99 plus $25 for shipping. It helped me get back on track to eating healthy and portion control. I lost 15 pounds and have kept it off since.“

“ Well, I sure as heck love BistroMD (clearly) or else I wouldn’t have stayed on it for 18 weeks so far… and spent thousands of dollars “gulp” doing so. So,obviously, I love it and feel that it’s working for me, albeit slowly (through no fault of the plan–simply because I am not following it to the letter nor am I exercising like I should). “
