“ I was on the meal plan for 6 weeks (in April and May) and I loved it. The food is fresh because they use the sous vide method for freezing, you just put the packets in boiling water and then 10 minutes later you have a meal. The snacks have soy but the meals don’t. I ordered the 5 day a week plan with no snacks for $99 plus $25 for shipping. It helped me get back on track to eating healthy and portion control. I lost 15 pounds and have kept it off since.“

“ Well, I sure as heck love BistroMD (clearly) or else I wouldn’t have stayed on it for 18 weeks so far… and spent thousands of dollars “gulp” doing so.
